So this is why Jeff changes his mind about being Andy’s business partner. For love. Jeff will do anything for love. Of course Jeff’s plans might not work out the way he is anticipating them to.
I like to experiment with unconventionally shaped panels. I’ve used triangular panels, panels with rounded corners, and panels with wavy borders (oddly I’ve never used a circular panel) but a heart-shaped panel is by far the most unconventional panel I’ve used so far.

Ha! I love the heart-shaped panel and the shocked face. Really works well.
Thanks! I was worried that it wouldn’t work but I’m glad that I took the risk. It’s more fun this way.
Marry me!
Show me the ring first Paul.
People are gonna talk, Tim!
That is the second Shazam logo I have seen on a webcomic tshirt. Is there some movie remake coming out that I was unaware of?
That was actually supposed to be a Flash T-shirt. I’m actually not as big a superhero fan as Jeff is so I actually had to do a Google search to remind myself what the Flash’s logo looks like. Shazam’s logo looks very similar to the The Flash’s though. I don’t know about a movie remake of Shazam but Jeff Smith has probably rejuvenated the character’s popularity.
Love can make a man (or boy) do just about anything. :)
Hi Tim. I REALLY like the heart-shaped panel – it is unique. I think this shape adds a lot of interest and draws a person into the comic strip.
